Weddings 826 is located at 826 West Armitage Avenue on the 1st Floor, in an historic brownstone building, in the chic Chicago neighborhood of Lincoln Park. We are one block west of Halsted Street and 3 blocks east of Sheffield Avenue.

Look for the distinctive blue awnings and a quaint garden in front and you will know you are in the right place!

The Veil & Accessories Room

Endless choices to accessorize your dress!

As you enter our quaint little bridal salon, you will notice all the fun accessories that as a bride you will need to adorn yourself in. From our wide-ranging selection of custom veils, to our variety of headpieces and hairpins, flower girl accessories to custom jewelry, and even bridal party gifts this room gives you many ideas for completing the perfect bridal look!

The Gown Room

The heart of the store and a place you will love.

As you turn the corner, you can enter the gown room (as long as there isn’t an appointment taking place). It is our private dressing room filled with a selection of over one-hundred of our beautiful wedding gowns. Try to call if you are thinking of dropping by, but always feel free to stop in to ask questions or make an appointment.

The "Last-Minute" Room

Guest book and pen, ring bearer pillow, handbag, garter, champagne flutes, etc.

Imagine a room filled with all the little details a bride may have forgotten in the bustle of getting a wedding planned. We call it the ”last-minute” room because it includes many knickknacks that you may have forgotten to purchase until the week of your wedding.

Alterations & Bridesmaids

Where the dress truly becomes "yours"

A charming addition to our bridal shop is the mirrored alterations room. We have on-site alterations available for brides with our own in-house seamstress who has altered over 300 dresses with Weddings 826!
